FG Funnels

A ✨ blinged-out ✨ white-labelled High Level that's an all-in-one for your digital marketing needs! And this is built by my favorite digital marketing duo - Funnel Gorgeous!

The main difference with FG Funnels and Kartra is that you'll have to get a separate email marketing engine (MailGun or now they have their own FG Mail). This will increase the overall price of using FG Funnels.

FG Funnels' page builder is more beginner friendly and feels more intuitive to use when compared to Kartra. It reminds me of Elementor in WordPress but without Elementor's fancy elements.

Compared to Kartra's page builder, it doesn't lag and have better native non-code desktop/mobile design control.

Joining FG Funnels also gives you their beautifully designed pre-built templates (+more designs as they come out).

And their chat support is superb, I never have to wait a long time to get an issue resolved with my account.

They also have tech office days in their user Facebook group too with Nuno! He's a WIZ and this helps if you want to build something out but you're not sure how.

Dubsado

Really good for sending out invoices + contracts so that they can easily pay and sign digitally.

It also allows you to have forms that leads can fill in to contact you about a project.

Their automations are pretty good, so when a lead fills up a form, you can automate it to do all sorts of stuff, such as create a to-do list for you, automatically send me a reply.

My favorite process is the client onboarding process (after I close them on a sale). Once I've input the contract + invoice into their profile, I use my email template to send them the onboarding email. 

Here's the kicker, once they pay, it automatically sends them an email with a form to fill in so I can get all their login information + give them all the information they need to get started.

High Level / GoHighLevel

The originator of FgFunnels, it has everything FgFunnels has, BUT...

- It does not have the VERY pretty templates like FgFunnels

- It does not have chat support, instead, they have round the clock zoom support (which, if you're an introvert like me, I'd must prefer chat with someone vs having to talk to someone.Which, if you're an introvert like me, I'd must prefer chat with someone vs having to talk to someone.)

But, High Level's lower price point is only $97/month (not including the $0.675/1000 email fee) and it comes with 3 sub-accounts.

Kartra

All in one for your digital marketing needs! You can build your website, sales pages, checkouts, host your course/memberships, email marketing, calendar scheduling (although not recommended), etc. And now the brand-new function... questionnaires!

If you don't like using a subdomain for your emails and don't want to think about setting it up / running the risk of setting it up wrong and having your emails go to spam, use Kartra.

Kartra also make setting up subscriptions much easier. It has in build subscription emails (such as billing failure, billing renewal reminders), vs in FgFunnels/High Level, you'd need to manually set these up, which gives versatility, but you can easily have errors.
